Sacred Valley Health – A Medical School Presentation

University of Washington medical student Erin Cooley spent almost three months volunteering for Sacred Valley Health this past summer.

She helped drive small health education workshops for some of our promotora communities. She also enjoyed a close relationship with her host family and some “incredible” hiking experiences.

Now she’s bringing her experience back to the states. Today Erin presents her community health work on respiratory illness at the University of Washington’s School of Medicine for a poster presentation. She has kindly shared her presentation with Sacred Valley Health. Good luck today, Erin!
